Study on Catalytic Aldol Condensation by Ionic Liquid

摘要 研究了在L-脯氨酸类离子液体催化下,羰基化合物自身羟醛缩合反应。系统考察了反应时间、催化剂的用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,当反应时间为2.0 h,催化剂用量为2 g/1 mol醛(酮),转化率可达80%以上,选择性可达99%以上。同时该催化剂能够选择性地催化醛类化合物的自身缩合,而酮类化合物不参与反应。 The self-Aldol Condensation of carbonyl compounds by using ionic liquid as catalyst was studied. Effect of reaction time and amount of catalyst on reactions were investigated. Results show that the ionic liquid was an efficient catalyst for the reactions with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions. The optimum reaction condition: catalyst amount was 2g/1 mol aldehydes or ketones, reaction time was 2h. Under that condition, the conversion was over 85% and selectivity was over 95%. Also, the catalyst owned complete selectivity for the self-Aldol Condensation of aldehydes while the ketones did not undergo the reaction at the same condition.
