摘要
采用分子印迹技术,以香草醛为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁睛为引发剂,在乙腈溶液中制备了香草醛分子印迹聚合物。用于液相色谱固定相可将其与结构类似物阿魏酸基线分离,并用紫外光谱法对功能单体进行了选择。
Using the molecular imprinting technology, vanillin as a template elements, methacrylate as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol methyl acrylate(EDMA) as the cross-linker,2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile( AIBN )as the initiator,the vanillin molecular imprinted polymers were prepared in acetonitrile solution. Spectrum used for liquid phase could be the baseline separated from the structure analogue ferulic acid. The functional monomer could be chosen using the ultraviolet method.
