防透胶囊正交法优选水提工艺研究

Study On Preparation Process of Fangtou Capsule by Orthogonal Experiment

通过正交试验法考察了防透胶囊的水提制备工艺。以升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的综合指标作为考核指标,通过L9(34)正交试验设计考察水提的制备工艺条件,确定防透胶囊的最佳水提工艺。结果表明水提制备工艺为药材加8倍量水,提取1 h,提取3次。

Using cimifugin and 5 - 0 - methyl visammiol as comprehend index, the optimum preparation process of the experiment of extracting in water, was determined by the Orthogonal experiments. Through the analysis the best producing technology were as follows：soaking 1 hour, adding 8 times amount and decocting for 3 times.
