摘要
合成并用FT-IR表征了硬脂酸铁(FeSt3)光敏剂。采用自制光敏剂与纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)制备出可光催化降解薄膜,通过人工加速紫外老化降解试验,测定了含有光敏剂的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜的力学性能、FT-IR谱图和黏均相对分子量的变化。结果表明:硬脂酸铁(FeSt3)对LDPE具有很强的光催化降解作用,并且含量越高,光催化作用越强;纳米TiO2可以延缓LDPE的降解诱导期,且随着其含量增大,效果越明显。
Ferric stearate (FeSt3) was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectrum. The photodegradable LDPE film was prepared through photo sensitizer FeSt3 and nano,TiO2. Based on the artificial acceleration ultraviolet photo-degradation, the mechanical properties, FT-IR spectrum, viscosity average molecular weight were investigated. The results showed that FeSt3 had strong photocatalytic degradation on LDPE; and the higher of the content of FeSt3 was, the stronger photocatalytic degradation had. Nano-TiO2 could delay the induced period of LDPE, and the more the nano-TiO2 was, the better the effect was.
