摘要
电机变频试验电源网络系统具有控制设备数量多,控制系统复杂,运行环境恶劣等特点,要求该网络系统具有高通信速率,运行稳定、可靠,易于扩展。文章介绍的基于Profibus-DP的电机变频试验电源网络系统,能对电机变频试验电源及其配套设备运行状态进行实时监控和故障诊断。该系统已用于国内某电机厂大型电机试验站,获得很好的应用效果。
Variable frequency power supply network system of electric machine has some characteristics with having many control equipments, complex control system and formidable running environment, which requires some advantages of high rates of communication, stabilization, credibility and easy expansion. The system based on Profibus-DP can take fault diagnosis and real-time monitor to the power and corollary equipment＇s running state. The system had taken a successful application on electrical motor experimental establishment belonging to a domestic corporation.
