摘要
以大豆品种齐黄27为材料,在幼苗期施加不同浓度的氯化镉处理,并测定株高、干重、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量、电导率及丙二醛(MDA)含量等形态指标和生理指标,研究了镉对大豆幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,重金属镉能够抑制大豆幼苗的生长,随着处理浓度的增加,株高、干物重明显下降,叶片叶绿素含量下降;MDA含量增加及膜透性增加.镉胁迫对PSII的功能没有影响.
Taken the soybean cultivar QI HUANG 27 as material,exerted the cadmium chloride solution of different density in the seedling period, determined the height, the dry weight, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter, the chlorophyll content, conductivity and malonaldehyde (MDA), studied the influence of the cadmium press to the soybean and the soybean's resistance action mechanism. The results indicated that,soybean's height ,dry weight decreased with the increase of the concentration of Cd2 +;The chlorophyll content was also obviously dropped along with the cadmium density increase; Under the cadmium press, cell membrane was destructed, the membrane penetrability increased, MDA content increased. There was no influence to the function of PSII
