山东省人口老龄化的影响与对策

The Influence and the Countermeasure that Population Aging in Shandong Province

人口的老龄化是21世纪世界各国各地区的普遍趋势.人口老龄化问题及其影响,已经引起社会各界的重视,成为国内外专家学者的研究热点.本文以山东省为例,在分析山东人口老龄化的现状特点的基础上,剖析了人口老龄化的双重影响.并从稳定低生育水平、转变观念、保持经济又好又快发展、合理配置和利用劳动力资源、完善社会养老保障体系、健全法规体系等方面提出相应的对策措施.

Population aging is becoming a widespread tendency in various countries and regions in the 21st century. The question of the population aging and its influence has already caught the attention from people of all walks of life,and it becomes a research focus to domestic and international experts. Taking Shandong Province as an example, basing on the analysis of present condition about the population aging in Shandong province,this article analyzes the dual influences caused by the population aging,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for it,such as stabilizing the low birth rate, changing concepts, maintaining the good and rapid development of economy, making good use of labor force, improving the social old-age social security system and the system of laws and regulations, and so on.
