In this article the author summarizes the process of developing minority teaching in distance higher education, compares and analyses the development condition of Uigur teaching and Mongolian teaching in distance higher education in the corresponding period, basing on this offers a few new ideas about initiating and developing Mongolian teaching modern distance higher education.
