摘要 运动性中暑(exertional heatstroke,EH)是近年来提出的运动性疾病之一,也是常见的运动医学紧急症。剧烈运动产生大量的热,可以使体温升高到40℃甚至更高,尤其是在闷热、潮湿的环境中,运动性中暑发生的频率就更大。运动性中暑主要发生在青少年人群和耐力训练运动员上。运动员发生轻型中暑可以影响正常训练计划,重症中暑则可能终止训练,甚至有生命危险。因此为了避免运动性中暑的发生,充分了解和认识运动性中暑的发病原因及采取积极的预防措施显得尤为重要。本文就运动性中暑的发病原因及预防措施做一相关综述,为教学和科研、运动训练等提供一些参考和建议。 Exertional heatstroke is one of exertional diseases which are proposed in recent years. It is also a medical emergency. Strenuous exercise can generate a large amount heat which can make body temperature increase to 40℃, even higher. The rate of exertional heatstroke occuring is much more eapcially in the enviroment of sultry and moist. Exertional heatstroke often occurs in young people and endurance Athletes.Mild heat-stroke can influence training program. When severe heat-stroke occurs, training will be stopped, athletes even lose their lives. In order to aviod the occurrence of exertional heatstroke, understanding the etiological factors of exertional heatstroke completely and adopting positive measures of prevention become rather important. The review aims to make a summary of the etiological factors and prevention of exertional heatstroke, and providing certain suggestions and references for the teaching, research and sport training.
