摘要
抑爆器是工业、仓储等常用的重要安全设备。缓冲器作为自产气式抑爆器的动力源,其平衡压力影响着腔内推进剂的燃烧速度,推进剂的燃烧速度决定了抑爆器喷粉效果,从而决定了抑爆器的抑爆能力。为了有效控制缓冲器的平衡压力,通过实验测试,对测试结果拟合得出计算平衡压力的半经验公式。在设计缓冲器时可以通过该半经验公式计算缓冲器的平衡压力。
Explosion suppresser is an important and common security equipment in industry and storage.The buffer is the power supply of the explode suppresser that is aerogenous automaticly. The equilibrium pressure impacts the burning rate of the propellant in the buffer. And the disperse effect of explosion depressor is affected by burning rate of the propellant. So,the equilibrium pressure impacts the capability of explosion suppresser.For the sake of control equilibrium pressure in the buffer effectively it, finds the semi-empirical relationship to count equilibrium pressure by experiment.Then the equilibrium pressure can be calculated by the semi-empirical relationship when designing the buffer.
