摘要
介绍了我国模具人才培养的组织情况、基本思路和"中国模具人才培训基地"对模具行业人才培养所发挥的积极作用。特别就开展个性化人才培养和鼓励"双轨制"职业教育理念作了阐述。同时,介绍了我国模具职业技能鉴定工作的进展情况和该项工作对我国模具行业人才培养的重大意义。
The organization condition and basic thinking of our country in talent training for die ＆ mould industries were stated. ＂ China Talent Training Base for Die ＆ Mould Industries＂ plays an important promoting role in the work. The implement of individualized talent training and ＂bipartite system＂ vocational education ideas were specifically discussed. An introduction was also made on the progress of die ＆ mould vocational skill identification and its importance to talent training.
