摘要 为完善冲压工艺设计理论,基于工程实例探讨了冲压工艺设计中的工序间负荷平衡问题,阐述了工程计划图设计及工序件创建要点。结果表明:冲压工艺设计时工序间负荷平衡问题的解决可以通过合理分配工序内容实现;所述实例经工程实践检验是可行的。 To improve theory of stamping technology design, the equilibrium problems of loads between processes were researched based on engineering examples. Definition of pressing direction was proposed and key points in design of Project planning chart and establishment of drawing operation part were stated. The results show that equilibrium problems can be resolved with reasonable distribution of process contents. In pressing, design reference points are generally similar, while pressing direction does not necessarily the same. The location of component in design coordinate system is implemented by planning its reference point and pressing direction. The approach proved practically feasible.
