摘要
以顶盖注射过程中多种流动方案分析为例介绍了MPI的作用,通过应用MPI6.1软件对2种CAE流动方案进行填充对比分析,得到了多种切实可行的方案,充分展现了CAE技术在浇注系统设计和注射模开发过程中所起到的重要作用。
The application of MPI in various flow schemes for a top cover was analyzed. And MPI6. 1 software was used to make a comparative study on two types of CAE flow schemes and several feasible plans were obtained. It shows the important effect of CAE technique in design of runner system and development of injection moulds.
