Development of injection mould for plastic twin cap

分析了塑料连体帽生产工艺,指出了模具设计难点,设计了1种2次分型的内抽芯结构,可消除产品内表面的斜顶痕迹。模具结构简单、制造方便,经实际生产验证,动作可靠,产品表面质量好。

Through analysis on the technological characteristic of a type of plastic twin cap, the key design points were reached. Then an injection mould with two-step parting and internal core-pulling mechanism for forming the part was developed. The application of the mould eliminates the dint due to inclined ejection and thus the surface quality is improved.
