摘要
对番茄晚疫病病原菌生物学特性如培养基、pH、温度、光照对菌丝生长、产孢影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:菌丝生长及产孢最佳培养基是黑麦培养基;番茄晚疫病菌菌丝生长的最适宜温度为20℃;最适宜的产孢温度为(20±2)℃;病菌生长的最适pH6.0-7.0;适宜产孢的pH7.0;光照不利于病菌的生长及产孢。
The effect of different culture media, pH value, temperature, illumination on Phytophthora infestans hypha growth and spore yield were studied. The results showed that the optimal culture medium was rye culture medium; the optimal hypha growth temperature was 20℃; the optimal temperature for spore was (20±2) ℃; the optimal hypha growth pH was 6.5-7.0; the optimal pH yield was 7.0; illumination could inhibit the growth of hypha and spore yield.
