摘要
以黑龙江省野生偃麦草为试验材料,提取冬季偃麦草根茎的非质体蛋白,通过对蛋白质进行SDS-PAGE分析,发现冬季偃麦草非质体蛋白有6条清晰的条带,分子质量为68.0、46.0、39.0、34.0、28.0、23.0ku的蛋白均有可修饰冰晶形态抗冻蛋白存在,其中分子质量为68.0、46.0、28.0、23.0ku的蛋白具有较高的抗冻活性,34.0ku的蛋白具有较弱的抗冻活性,39.0ku蛋白基本不具抗冻活性;冬季偃麦草非质体蛋白浓度越高,抗冻活性越强。
In winter, rhizome of the wild Elytrigia repens L of Heilongjiang Province was selected to extract the apoplastic protein. Analysis on SDS-PAGE of protein showed that apoplastic protein of Elytrigia repens L had total 6 limpid bands, proteins with molecular weight of 68.0, 46.0, 34.0, 28.0, 23.0 ku had antifreeze proteins that can modify ice crystal morphology, and 68, 46, 28, 23 ku proteins had high antifreeze activity; 34 ku protein had weak antifreeze activity. However, it can not find any antifreeze activity in 39 ku protein; the higher concentrations of proteins are, the higher antifreeze activities are.
