亚硝化型好氧颗粒污泥的培养 被引量:2

Cultivation of aerobic short-cut nitrification granular sludge

摘要 以人工配制的以葡萄糖为唯一碳源的高浓度氨氮废水为研究对象,在25~28℃条件下,结合亚硝化过程控制条件和好氧颗粒污泥的形成控制条件,培养得到了粒径为0.5~2.0mm、沉降速率为(70±10)m·h-1的颗粒污泥,颗粒存在稳定,具有良好的亚硝化特性,系统出水的硝化产物以NO2--N为主,NO2--N的积累率最高达79%,平均在65%以上。 This study using glucose as the sole carbon source and making use of the confecting artificial simulation of high concentration of ammonia wastewater, in the temperature from 25 to 28 ℃, integrating with conditions of short-cut nitrification and formation conditions of aerobic granular sludge, obtained the granular sludge whose diameter was 0.5-2.0 mm and well sedimentation rate was (70±10) m· h^-1. The particles were stable and had well characteristic of short-cut nitrification. The nitration product of effluent water primarily was NO2^-- N, the average rate of NO2^--N accumulation was over 65% and the maximum was 79%.
