摘要 环境内分泌干扰物(EDCs)能够干扰机体正常的内分泌系统,对人类和野生动物的健康呈现潜在的威胁。文章介绍了环境样品中某些主要类型EDCs的浓度水平,并简要地讨论了EDCs的环境暴露对人类在生殖能力、癌症的发生和甲状腺几个方面健康影响的佐证。 Endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs) is capable of disrupting the normal functioning of the endocrine system, may pose a potential threat to human health and wildlife health. An overview of concentration levels for several major groups of EDCs in environmental samples was presented. The available evidence for the human health effects of EDCs on fertility, male and female cancers, thyroid, as well as exposure considerations was briefly discussed.
