慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期致病菌分类及耐药分析

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)呼吸道感染细菌分类及耐药情况,为临床合理用药和控制细菌耐药性的发展提供参考。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸道感染,细菌感染以革兰阴性菌为主。经验上选择丁胺卡那、头孢他啶、左氧氟沙星为佳。
