柑桔花芽分化与核酸组织化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 对柑桔生理分化期环缢后摘叶、留叶进行了对比处理试验,试验结果表明:1)10月12日前摘叶抑制成花效果明显;2)检查DNA、RNA变化情况发现摘叶在生理分化转折前和开始抑制了DNA含量的升高;3)核酸组织化学检测发现10月12日摘叶抑制了芽顶端各层细胞核酸合量的升高,花芽核酸含量高于营养芽且组织分化层数减少(At减少一层),组织分化比较明显,辅原套(At)和周围分生区(PZ)核酸的活化与成花关系密切. After the research of leaf removal in comparism with leaf retention on the basis of limb girdling of sweet orange during citrus flower differentiation, Some conclusions can be made 1) leaf removal inhibited citrus flower bud formation before 12th. Oct. 2)leaf removal depressed DNA synthesis before citrus flower differentiation. 3)The nucleic acid histo chemical and microphotometic research showed distinct tissue differentiation in apices of flower buds and higher nucleic acid contents in the cells as compared with that of non flower buds. The activation of nucleic acid metabolism in the adventive tunica layer (At) and peripheral meristemic zone (PZ) seemed to be related closer to flower evocation than that of the central meristem (CM) and the other meristemic tissue in the apices.
