摘要
3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛经格氏、氧化反应得到3,5-二甲氧基苯基烷基酮,然后经黄鸣龙还原和选择性脱甲基化t、euber氧化反应制得目标化合物,产率均在45%以上.产物结构经IR1、HNMR、元素分析等进行了表征.
2-Alkyl-6-methoxy-1, 4-benzoquinone was synthesized from 3, 5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde by Grignard, oxidizing reaction to give 3, 5-dimethoxyphenylalkylketone. Followed elective demethylation and HUANG Ming-long reduction, teuber oxidizing reaction in good yields. All products were characterized by their IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis.
