摘要
为了解涤棉织物的交织阻力在染整加工过程中的变化规律,通过实验室模拟染整加工工序及改变工艺处理条件,重点测试了织物在不同热定型温度和碱减量率条件下其交织阻力的变化。结果表明,织物的交织阻力随热定型温度的升高而增加,随碱减量率的增加而减小。
To understand the change rules of the interweave resistance of polyester and cotton blended fabric, the process conditions are changed in the way of simulating experiment of the dyeing and finishing. The interweave resistance of fabric is tested in different heat-setting temperatures and the alkali concentrations. It is found that the interweave resistance of fabric increased by the increasing of heat-setting temperature and decreased by the in- creasing of alkali coneentratians.
