基于DSP的全数字交流伺服驱动器设计与实现

摘要 伺服驱动技术是自动化控制领域的关键技术之一,制造装备业对伺服驱动器提出了高集成度、快响应速度、宽调速范围、高稳定性、强抗干扰能力的要求。本文简要阐述了交流永磁式同步电机的磁场定向控制原理,设计了一款采用高性能基于DSPTMS320F2812为核心运动控制芯片,以智能功率模块FM100CVA120的IPM为逆变器开关元件,辅以AT89S52的单片机进行控制参数设定、键盘处理、状态显示、串行通讯的全数字交流伺服驱动器。该驱动器具有控制接口丰富、结构紧凑、宽调幅比等特点。 In the Automation and control Field. , Servo-- driven technology is one of the key technologies. Manufacturing equipment industry to the servo drives by the high level of integration, faster response speed, wide speed range, high stability, strong anti--interference capability requirements. This paper analysis the vector control theory of AC PMSM principle. Designed a high--performance Digital AC Servo Drives, which used DSP used as the core motion control chips, and IPM IS FM 100CVA 120 for the inverter switching components, supplemented by AT89S52 MCU control parameters set, keyboard handling, state, the serial communication exchange all--digital servo drives. The servo driver has many characteristics,such as control interface rich , compact construction, wide--AM ratio and so on.
