摘要
在注塑工程中,浇口位置、模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间,冷却时间都对注塑件的翘曲产生了不同程度的影响。通过采用CAE技术结合正交实验法的研究方法,以较少的实验,较快的速度,确定众多注塑工艺参数中,以保压压力对注塑件翘曲的影响程度较大。从而有针对性地改善了注塑工艺,提高注塑件成型质量,有益于降低试模成本。
In the injection project, gate locations, mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure, packing time and cooling time have different influence on the warpage of products. The paper adopted CAE technique combined with orthogonal experment with less experiments and faster speed to make sure that among many mentioned injection process parameters, packing pressure is an important factor affecting warpage. This conclusion has practical value of reforming process parameters, improving the quality of plastic injection molding parts and reducing the cost.
