摘要 为了理解锥角对锥柱组合壳应力的影响,采用ANSYS有限元软件对不同锥角的锥柱组合壳体结构作了有限元模拟,并进行了详细的应力分析,得出:"在2种壳体局部连接部位,经向应力受结构不连续影响最大,不同锥角对组合壳的应力影响范围是不同的,应力强度峰值随锥角角度的增长已超出线性增长速度"等重要结论。 In order to understand the conical angle' s influence on stresses of the cone-cylinder combined shell, ANSYS of the finite element soft is used to simulate several cone-cylinder combined shells of different conical angles, analysis of stresses is introduced in details, and it comes to some important conclusions : change of radial stress is maximal influenced by the construction uneontinuity in the partial joint position of two shells, the influencing area of the combined shell' s stresses affected by different conical angle is different in the joint position of two shells, and increasing speed of the peak value of stress intensity with the conical angle has exceeded the linear speed, etc.
