摘要 传统注塑机采用以继电器控制为主的液压传动定量泵阀控技术,不仅浪费电能,而且故障率高、灵活性差,因此,需对这种控制系统进行改造。基于节能原理分析,优化设计了将森兰SB61Z+注塑机专用变频器和欧姆龙C40P型PLC(可编程控制器)相结合的控制系统,用于对传统注塑机进行节能改造。实践表明,该方案达到了节能、稳定、灵活、提高产品质量的目的。 Traditional injection molding machine with hydraulic transmission quantitative pump valve-controlling technology based on relay control, not only the electricity was wasted, but the failure rate was high, the flexibility was poor, so, such a control system must be transformed. Based on the analysis of energy-saving principle, the control system which based on SB61Z + variable frequency device and OMRON c40p PLC (programmable logic controller) was optimal designed and taking as an energy-saving renovation to traditional injection molding machine. The practice shows it achieved the aim of energy-saving, stabilization, flexibility and improving product quality.
