摘要
传统的啤酒膜包机的送切膜控制系统故障率偏高,不易维修,生产效率较低。采用PLC技术对其进行改造时在改动部分硬件结构改动的基础上,选用了台达WplSoft-v209型PLC编制控制程序进行控制。经实验证明改造后的设备运行高效,安全和可靠性都得到了保障,提高了企业的经济效益。
The traditional control system of the membrane＇ s delivering and cutting part has high failure rate, lower production efficiency and hard to maintain..Using PLC technology to reform it, on basis changing the part of hardware structure, selecting the type of Tai Da WplSofi-v209 PLC working out the control program to carry on the control. It has been found that the improved machine is high efficiency, more safe and reliable. And that can improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
