摘要
通过分析膨化机工作特性,提出机筒温度控制系统的总体设计。以SPCE061A单片机为控制核心,应用生物免疫调节原理和模糊控制理论,设计出适合膨化机的温度检测与控制系统的模糊免疫PID控制器,实现对膨化机机筒温度的实时控制。以提高膨化机的产量和质量,降低能量损失,保证生产安全。
Through analysis the working character of expanding machine, the paper put forward general design of cylinder temperature control system, taking the SCM of SPCE061A as control core, using the biology immune adjustment principle and fuzzy control theory, designed the fuzzy immune PID controller fit for the temperature test and control system of the expanding machine and realized real time control of cylinder temperature of the expanding machine. As a result, the output and quality of expanding machine have increased, energy loss has reduced with safety production guarantee.
