摘要
U型混流装配线排序是精益生产的典型应用,逐渐受到企业的重视,其排序合理性决定了生产线效率,因此研究混流装配线排序问题具有重大意义。建立以零部件消耗速率均匀化、负荷均衡化和最小化总切换时间为目标的U型混流装配线多目标排序模型,通过改进NSGA-Ⅱ多目标遗传算法进行求解,最后利用MATLAB作为程序开发平台,对某公司U型混流装配线进行排序优化,取得了良好的效果。
U-shaped mixed-flow assembly line is a kind of typical application in exquisite productions. Its rationality of collating sequence sequence determines the efficiency of the production line, so it has great meaning to research on collation problem of mixed-flow assembly line. U-shaped mixed-flow assembly line multi-target collation sequence model, including three targets : even spare parts consumption rate, loading balance and minium total switch time, is setting up. The resolution is using improved NSGA-Ⅱ multi-target heritage algorithm, finally, using MATLAB as program developing platform. The collation sequence optimization has been applied in U-shaped mixed-flow assembly line of certain company with good effect.
