摘要
以工业检测中的磁环缺陷检测为背景,利用MATLAB的图形用户界面开发环境开发了界面化磁环图像处理及检测系统。利用MATLAB提供的命令实现了图像的导入、导出及显示;依据磁环端面图像双峰灰度直方图的特点,通过归一化和迭代阈值法二值化导入的磁环图像,实现了计算机检测磁环端面的缺陷。
With detecting the defections of magnetic rings as background, image processing and detecting system is designed by Matlab GUI. Image is imported, shown and exported by the functions of Matlab. According to the Bimodality histogram, with normalization and interation threshold binarization algorithm for image imported, the surface defections of magnetic ring are detected.
