摘要
脉动式无级变速器属机械式无级变速器一类,具有传动可靠、操作方便、价格低廉等优点,在纺织、塑料、食品、电子等行业有着广泛的应用。WWB型脉动式无级变速器是新研制的一种变速器,通过调整机架Ⅰ和机架Ⅱ之间的夹角θ进行调速,因而具有调速平稳的特点。用ADAMS软件对该变速器在机架变动范围内取5个位置分别进行了建模和运动仿真分析,得出各位置的输出速度和速度波动系数,分析结果表明,随θ的增大,变速器的输出速度减小,同时输出的速度波动系数也减小,当增到36°时机构的输出速度为零,实现了零转速的输出。
The impulse stepless speed variator is a kind of mechanical stepless speed variators. The speed adjustment is realized through the change of the angle θ between frame Ⅰ and frame Ⅱ in the WWB impulse stepless speed variator introduced in the paper. So the process of speed adjustment is stable. In the range of transmission, five position models have been set up and simulated respectively with ADAMS software. The output speed and coefficient of speed fluctuation have been obtained and analysed and the results show that the output speed and coefficient of speed fluctuation are decreased with the increment of angle θ. When the angle θ reaches 36°the output speed becomes zero.
