摘要
可视化查询模块是注塑机设计CAD/CAE信息集成系统的主要组成模块之一,使用可视化查询,可以让用户通过观察注塑机零部件结构图的方式,来查询所需的产品信息。文章从分析注塑机结构装配关系入手,建立了注塑机设计可视化查询模型的结构,并根据查询功能要求,对查询模型的实现,进行了程序设计。采用了基于触摸传感器的技术,实现了注塑机设计虚拟场景信息查询的要求。
The visualization query module is the main part consisting CAD/CAE information integration system of injection molding machine design, by which the users can query their required information by means of observing part-drawings of injection molding machine. The paper analyzed the assembly relation of injection molding machine structure, then constituted the structure of visualization query module of injection molding machine, and designed the program to realize request of query function. The request for virtual scene information query was realized by applying Touch Sensor technique.
