摘要
目的探讨胆道术后残余结石的原因及预防措施。方法利用建立的胆道结石Access数据库,对1990年1月～2007年12月收治的临床资料完整的669例胆道结石患者中胆道残余结石患者167例进行回顾性分析。结果除患者的生理和病理因素外,胆道残余结石与结石部位、初次手术医院和手术方式、手术时机相关。结论胆道术后残余结石的原因是多方面的,术前全面检查、术中操作规范及合理选择术式和时机可大大降低胆道术后残石率。
Objective To discuss the cause and precautionary measures of postoperative residual stone in biliary tract. Methods The full clinical data of 167 patients with postoperative residual stone in biliary tract among 669 patients with stone in bile duct treated in our hospital from January 1990 to November 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Residual stones in biliary tract were correlative with the position of stone in bile duct, the prime hospital and means and time of being undergoed surgery. Conclusion The causes of postoperative residual stone in biliary tract are omnifarious. Completely examine before operation, reasonable means in operation, time and regular mode of operation ehoesed in operation could greatly reduce the rate of residual stone.
