运动疗法对冠心病患者介入治疗后运动能力的影响

Effects of exercise therapy on motor function of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervntion

目的：观察运动疗法对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）后患者运动能力的影响。方法：确诊为冠心病并成功进行首次PCI的患者86例，被随机分为运动疗法组（41例）和对照组（45例），两组患者除进行PCI治疗外，均采用常规疗法。运动疗法组于PCI术后开始进行不同阶段、不同运动强度的运动康复训练。分别于PCI术后第10d、3个月后，行心电图活动平板运动试验。观察运动疗法对冠心病患者PCI治疗后运动能力的影响。结果：经运动疗法治疗3个月后，运动疗法组患者的总运动时间，最大运动负荷量，最大代谢当量均有显著提高（P〈O．05～〈O．01），而对照组则无明显变化。结论：运动疗法有助于冠心病介入治疗后患者体能的提高。

Objective： To study the effects of exercise therapy on motor function of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods： Eighty-six CHD patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were given routine medical treatment and divided randomly into exercise therapy group （41 cases） and control group （45 cases）. Patients in the exercise therapy group started rehabilitation training of increasing intensity after percutaneous coronary intervention, and continued for a period of 3 months. The patients were adopted treadmill exercise test after 10 days and 3 months respectively, to study the effects of exercise therapy on motor function of CHD pa- tients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Results： The total exercise time, maximal work load during exercise test, the maximal metabolic equivalents of exercise therapy group were significantly improved after 3 months （P〈 0. 05-〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Exercise therapy in patients with PCI can increase exercise capacity.
