不同性别的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量研究

Evaluation of quality of life in patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with different genders

目的：运用诺丁汉健康调查问卷（NHP）和西雅图阻塞性肺疾病问卷（SOLDQ）对不同性别的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量进行评价。方法：选择2006年1月至2006年12月于北京安贞医院呼吸内科门诊就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者共173例，在门诊就诊期间以问卷的形式对患者进行调查，有173例患者接受了问卷的调查。结果：两个生活质量问卷的信度分析结果内部一致性系数分别为0．85、0．77。两个生活质量问卷的结构效度分析结果显示存在不同程度的统计学相关性（r=0．156-0．459，P〈0．01）。共有男性患者112例，女性患者61例，两组患者的诺丁汉健康调查问卷总分以及各个亚组得分和西雅图阻塞性肺疾病问卷总分以及各个亚组得分均无显著差异（P〉O．05）。结论：NHP、SOLOQ二个问卷信度佳，互相相关好，均可用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病，男性与女性相比没有显著差异。

Objective： To observe the quality of life in the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with different genders by Nottingham healthy profile （NHP） and Seattle obstructive lung disease questionnaire （SOL- DQ）. Methods： NHP and SOLDQ were administered to 173 patients, who were conducted in the clinic of respiratory medicine of Anzhen hospital between Jan 2006 and Dec 2006. Results： The reliability of two questionnaires about the quality of life was 0.85 and 0.77. The construct validity of two questionnaires had significant correlation （r=0. 156- 0. 459, P〈0.01）. There were one hundred and twelve male patients, sixty-one female patients. The mean aggregate score of NHP, SOLDQ and their subset scores of male patients were no differences with that of female patients （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The reliability of NHP and SOLDQ is good; they may be utilized in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The quality of life is no significant differences between different genders.
