多元化战略是现代企业发展过程普遍采取的一种公司战略,很多企业的成功都得益于多元化战略的成功,但更多企业多元化战略却以失败告终。本文在分析了导致企业多元化战略失败的原因的基础上,提出了大型建筑企业集团发展多元化战略应该培养和提升其核心竞争力、组建合理的组织结构、建立科学的战略实施控制系统以及培养正确的战略思想的结论。

Many firms will choose diversification strategy when it becomes larger. Though many firms will benefit from that, more are failure at last. Why. This article has analyzed the reasons. Then concluded that if a large construction firm group want bringing its diversification strategy into effect, it should improve its core competence, make a suitable organization, set a scientific strategy control systems and cultivate true strategy.
