摘要 建立了顶空衍生化-气相色谱法测定甜菜碱中一氯乙酸(盐)和二氯乙酸(盐)的定量分析方法。对顶空条件和衍生化过程的参数进行了优化,一氯乙酸(盐)和二氯乙酸(盐)的检出限分别为7.0μg/g和6.3μg/g,线性范围为25μg/g~250μg/g(r>0.999),相对标准偏差分别为5.6%、3.1%(n=4)。一氯乙酸(盐)的平均回收率93.7%~97.5%,二氯乙酸(盐)的回收率为90.6%~96.4%。 Headspace GC method was developed for the analysis of residual amount of monochloroacetic acid (MCA) and diehloroacetic acid (DCA) in betaine samples. The headspace conditions and derivatization process parameters were optimized. The detection limits (LOD) of MCA and DCA were identified as 7.0 μg/g and 6.3 μg/g respectively. The linear dynamic ranges of MCA and DCA were identified as 25μg/g - 250 μg/g ( r 〉 0. 999). The standard deviation of MCA and DCA are 5.6% and 3.1% ( n = 4 ) respectively. The average recovery for MCA and DCA are 93.7% -97.5% and 90.6% -96.4% respectively.
