黑龙江省乡镇卫生院信息网络建设的思考

Reflections on Information Network Construction in Village and Town Hospitals in Heilongjiang Province

随着新农村建设的深入开展,建设黑龙江省乡镇医疗系统的信息网络,解决好广大农村人口的医疗保障问题已是迫在眉睫。加强乡镇卫生院信息网络建设,可以加强政府在乡镇卫生院建设中的作用;加强乡镇卫生院内部管理;筹建乡镇医疗信息网络。

With the development of construction of new rural areas, it is urgent to construct the information network among the hospital＇s in the villages and towns in our province in order to improve medical treatment of the village population. From the perspectives of the necessities of construction of medical information network in rural areas and the analyses of the status quo and problems of the hospitals in the villages and towns in our province, this paper proposes policies and strategies to strengthen the construction of information network among the hospitals in the villages and towns.
