试论西藏高等学校的特色专业建设

On Construction of Majors with Characteristics in Tibetan Colleges and Universities

特色专业建设是高等学校最重要的教学基本建设之一,对于高校保持特色、提高教学质量、增强竞争力和提高社会服务能力具有十分重要的意义。本文从教育部"质量工程"对专业建设的目标要求和西藏高等学校进入大众化教育阶段后新的发展思路出发,论述了西藏高等学校特色专业建设的必要性、特色专业建设的原则以及特色专业建设需要注意的几个问题。

The construction of major with characteristics is basically important in colleges and universi- ties.It is of great significance to maintain college and university's characteristics,to improve the teaching quality,to highlight the competitiveness and to improve the social service capacity.This paper discussed the necessity,principles and some noteworthy problems of constructing majors with characteristics in Tibetan colleges and universities.
