高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主力军,是高校育人工作的骨干力量之一。新时期,随着国内外形势的新变化,给高校学生工作提出了新课题。高校辅导员面对新的课题,应与时俱进,提高认识,积极探索,不断创新大学生的教育方式和手段,努力成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。

College student counselors are main force in the political and ideological education, and the cadremen in the education for all-round development of college students. With the changing situation at home and abroad in new era, new subjects are presented to student affair at colleges. Facing these new subjects, student counselors should keep pace with the time, enhance understanding, actively probe and improve the educational methods so as to become qualified guides and trustful friends of students.
