摘要
江泽民的干部人事制度改革思想内容十分丰富,主要包括干部人事制度的改革必须始终坚持有利于贯彻党的基本路线、保证社会主义建设事业的长盛不衰,必须有利于优秀干部的脱颖而出,必须坚持德才兼备的基本方针,必须有利于干部队伍的"四化"建设、有利于培养和选拔大批合格的社会主义建设者和接班人等方面。
Jiang Zemin's reform thoughts on personnel system of government officials mainly includes the following points: the reform in personnel system of government officials must be conducive to carrying out the Party' s basic line and guarantee the continuous progress of socialist construction; the reform must be conducive to bringing forth excellent officials and follow the fundamental principle of emphasizing both capacities and morality; and the reform must he conducive to the training and screening qualified government officials so that they will become builders and successors of our socialist country.
