乌黑消白胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Control of Wuheixiaobei Capsules

目的建立乌黑消白胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的当归、黄芪、何首乌;用HPLC法测定制剂中腺苷的含量。结果腺苷在0.0410～0.3280μg的范围内,线性关系良好,回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论所建立的定性定量方法专属性强、重复性好,可作为乌黑消白胶囊的质量控制方法。

Aim To establish quality tandards for Wuheixiaobei Capsules. Methods The TLC method was applied to identify Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali and Radix Polygoni . The content of lacarnol in Wuheixi- aobei Capsules was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC method was simple and reliable with a good linearity shown at the concentration of 0.0410 - 0. 328 0ug for lacarnol. The average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 1.1% （ n =9）. Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods are specific and repeatable, which could be applied to quality control of Wuheixiaobei Capsules.
