摘要
实施节能发电调度需要投入大量资金对现有电网进行改造。由于目前无法准确计算改造费用,引入虚拟负荷概念,采用类推方法估算电网节能发电调度改造费用,并利用算例验证了估算方法的有效性。采用估算方法对国家电网公司经营区域内近期改造费用进行了估算,可为电网企业和国家深入开展节能发电调度、实施能源战略提供参考。
Implementation of energy-saving power dispatching involves large-scaled updating of the existing power grid, calling for huge sums. Because of unavailability of the accurate calculation method, this paper introduces the concept of the virtual load and uses the analogical method to estimate the costs arising from the energy-saving power dispatching retrofit. An example is used to illustrate the efficiency of the method. An estimation is made with the method on the costs of the recent renovation projects in the SGCC service area, and this may be of significance to the state as well as power transmission enterprises in implementing the energy-saving power dispatching and realizing the energy strategy goal.
