摘要
县级供电企业要加快推进建设"和谐型、学习型、精细化、标准化"现代公司目标,青年人才资源及管理是非常重要的因素。对县级供电企业青年人才资源及管理中存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了如何有效地对青年人才资源进行开发、培养、使用及管理等问题。
Management of young talent resources is of vital importance for a modem power supply company to realize its goal, which is featured by harmony, learning, lean and standard management. With some management problems existing in a certain power supply company scrutinized, this paper probes into such issues as how to discover, cultivate, manage and make full use of these young talents efficiently.
