摘要
针对某公司高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置中的蒸汽管回转干燥机不凝汽排放遇到的问题,在原蒸汽管道分布初次改造的基础上提出新的改进方案,并对该方案下的结构建立有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件进行了结构和最大应力点的疲劳分析。结果表明,改进后的结构强度可以满足设备连续运行的要求。
A new improvement scheme was proposed for the discharge problems of the steam tube rotary dryers in a HDPE plant based on the first retrofit scheme of the original arrangement of the steam tubes, and a finite element model was founded for the structure under the scheme, and a fatigue analysis of the structure and maximum stress point was carried out using ANSYS software. The analysis result shows that the strength of the improved structure can satisfy the demand of continuous operation.
