摘要 阐述了海上石化设施的特点,并以某设施为实证对象进行基于风险的检测(RBI)研究,采用对比法研究RBI分析结果与现实数据,说明海洋石油RBI工作上与陆地石化RBI工作存在差异,提出我国海洋石油企业开展RBI工作可能面临的问题,指导海洋设施RBI的具体工作流程,并指出海洋石油RBI工作参数选取过程中需要考虑的关键因素。提出RBI在海上设施应用上需要进一步思考的问题。 The features of offshore petrochemical facilities were described, and a research of RBI was conducted based on an offshore petrochemical facility. The analysis data of RBI and the actual data were studied with comparison method, the result shows that RBI for offshore petrochemical facilities is different from RBI for land petrochemical facilities. The possible problems of conducting RBI faced by the offshore petrochemical enterprises of China were proposed for guiding the concrete work flow of RBI for offshore petrochemical facilities. The key factors that should be considered in the selection of the work parameters of RBI for offshore petrochemical facilities were pointed out. The considerable problems of RBI for offshore petrochemical facilities were proposed.
