高压静电应用于糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效判定

The clinical effects of high voltage static therapy diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察高压静电联合川芎嗪注射液和甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法2006年3月至2008年5月期间糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者86例,在相同的糖尿病治疗的基础上,随机分为对照组43例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液;治疗组43例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗同时,予高压静电治疗,疗程均为3周,观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果高压静电联合川芎嗪和甲钴胺治疗组DPN疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高压静电联合川芎嗪和甲钴胺能够更有效减轻DPN患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high voltage static combining lignstrazine and mecobalamine injection to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods This study was carried out on 86 patients with DPN during March 2006 to May 2008. On the base of the same treatment for diabetic mellitus, the patients were randomly divided into two groups which included the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group control group had 43 patients who were treated high voltage static combining ligustrazine and mecobalamine injection while the control group which had 43 patients was treated with lignstrazine combinding mecobalamine injection. We observed the changes before and after the treatment in the two groups during the treatment period of three weeks. Results The effects of high voltage static combining ligustrazine and mecobalamine injection was significantly better than ligustrazine combining mecobalamine injection （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion High voltage static combining lignstrazine and mecobalamine injection can relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients with DPN more effectively.
