黄连温胆汤加味治疗冠心病痰热瘀阻证26例

26 cases of treating coronary teart disease caused by phlegm-heat stasis in channels with huanglianwendanjiawei decoction

采用黄连温胆汤加味治疗冠心病痰热瘀阻型26例(治疗组),并与西药基础治疗的26例(对照组)进行对照。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为53.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

To comparison clinical observation on huanglianwendanjiawei decoction for treatment of 26 cases of coronary heart disease accompanying with hyperlipaemia in the group of phlegm-heat and blood stasis （treatment group）with clinical observation on western medicine for treatment of the same type 26 eases（ control group） ,the result shows that the total effective rate of treatment group is 92. 3% ,and the total effective rate of control group is 53.8%. There is marked difference between the treatment group with control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）.
