调脂护肝胶囊定性定量方法研究

Study on qualitative and quantitative methods for Tiaozhihugan capsule

目的建立调脂护肝胶囊的定性定量方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中的虎杖、丹参、女贞子、绞股蓝进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定虎杖苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中检出虎杖、丹参、女贞子、绞股蓝;虎杖苷在41.2～247.2μg范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为0.9%。结论所建立的方法能够用于本品的质量控制。

Objective To establish qualitative and quantitative methods for Tiaozhihugan capsule. Methods Huzhang, Danshen, Ntizheuzi, Jiaogulan were identified by TLC. Polydatin was determined by HPLC. Results Huzhang, Danshen, Ntizhenzi and Jiaogulan were detected by TLC. A good linear relationship was noted at the range of 41.2 -247.2μg of polydatin, （r =0. 9995）. The average recovery was 98. 8% ,and RSD was 0. 9%. Conclusion The established methods can be used for the quality control of Tiaozhihugan capsule.
