27例肺大疱内注入OB吻合胶粘堵术护理

Care in operation of OB inosculans glue injecting to bung up namiodyls

目的探讨肺大疱内注入OB吻合胶粘堵术护理。方法对27例肺大疱内注入OB吻合胶粘堵术护理回顾性分析。结果27例肺大疱患者注入OB吻合胶后在1～3个月内肺大疱消失或基本消失,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸困难减轻。结论肺大疱粘堵术成功与否,与术前、术后护理密切相关。

Objective To approach care in operation of OB Inosculans glue injecting to bung op namiodyls. Methods Retrospective analysis of the care in operation of OB inosculans glue injecting to bung up namiodyls in 27 cases. Results 27 patients with namiodyls had received the operation of OB inosculans glue injecting . 1 -3 months after the operation, we found that namiodyls had almost disappeared in all cases. All patients had a relieve of their dyspnea. Conclusion The success of bung up operation is closely associated with care before and after operation.
